Through a mixed approach, using quantitative and qualitative methods through survey techniques for users and owners and interviews with three owners of different types of food and beverage establishments. The results obtained show that in the last two years social insecurity in the Vinces canton has worsened,causing negative impacts for users and owners of an economic, social and psychological nature.
