A formação de professores por meio do Estágio Supervisionado

RESUMO: O respectivo trabalho tem por finalidade apresentar as vivências e experiências do Estágio Supervisionado nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental, anos iniciais, ocorrido em 2022. Tendo em vista que os saberes da docência precisam estar cada vez mais, atrelados em um mundo paralelo com a realidade das crianças e seu contexto escolar, o estágio é um período de extrema importância para a formação acadêmica, uma vez que a teoria e prática se unificarão, sendo esta uma oportunidade do licenciado avaliar sua prática diante das dificuldades encontradas na sala de aula. Nesse sentido, o estágio foi realizado em uma escola pública, no município de Caicó – RN, com uma turma de 1° Ano nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental, no segundo semestre de 2022. O procedimento metodológico é orientado pela pesquisa-ação, a qual nos possibilita a ação - reflexão - ação, tríade importante na formação docente inicial. Ressaltamos, que a importância do estágio supervisionado viabiliza a nossa atuação, fomentando a nossa identidade docente, a qual proporciona a indissociabilidade entre a teoria e a prática, fortalecendo a qualidade social da nossa formação. Palavras-chave: Estágio Supervisionado; Ensino Fundamental; Docência; Teoria e Prática.   ABSTRACT: The purpose of the respective work is to present the experiences of the Supervised Internship in the early years of Elementary School, the initial years, which took place in 2022. Bearing in mind that teaching knowledge needs to be increasingly linked in a parallel world with reality of children and their school context, the internship is an extremely important period for academic training, since theory and practice will be unified, which is an opportunity for the licensee to evaluate his practice in the face of the difficulties encountered in the classroom. In this sense, the internship was carried out in a public school, in the municipality of Caicó - RN, with a 1st year class in the early years of Elementary School, in the second half of 2022. The methodological procedure is guided by action research, the which enables action - reflection - action, an important triad in initial teacher education. We emphasize that the importance of the supervised internship makes our work possible, fostering our teaching identity, which provides the inseparability between theory and practice, strengthening the social quality of our training.
