Research and development refer to Borg & Gall's theory. The study population was fifth-grade educators at Elementary School Dr. Wahidin Husodo in Metro, Lampung. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique of seven educators from different elementary schools. Data was collected through a questionnaire, observation and test results. The results showed that the Lesson Plan that developed was feasible to use and showed that it could improve students' critical thinking.
