The number of samples is 108 people based on the Kreijcie table. The number of samples per school is determined by Proportional Random Sampling. The research instrument used was to capture research data through questionnaires. To find out the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, a trial was conducted on 30 teachers outside the study sample. Before the research hypotheses were tested, test requirements were analyzed, namely, normality test and linearity test. To test the hypothesis is done by Multiple Regressive Analysis. The findings of the study showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between Work Discipline and Affective Commitment of Teachers with a ry1-23 = 0.771 partial correlation, there was a positive and significant relationship Team Cooperation with Affective Commitment of Teachers with ry2-13 partial correlation = 0.367, there was a positive and Altruistic significant with Affective Commitment of Teachers with a partial correlation of ry3-12 = 0.336, there is a positive and significant relationship together between Work Discipline, Teamwork, and Altruistics with Teachers’ Affective Commitment with a Ry123 double correlation = 0.795.
