Mediating role of EA and ESEstatistically analyzed by followed Hayes (2018.) EIwas statistically significant shaped byentrepreneurial personal motivation (EPM), EA, andESE. EA and ESE were statistically significant asmediators of EPM towards EI. This finding can beused as preliminary diagnosis of entrepreneurshipeducation program in vocational high school inIndonesia. 摘要
本研究旨在以计划行为理论(TPB)为基本思维框架,分析大学生创业意向。并分析了创业态度(EA)和创业自我效能感(ESE)的中介作用。来自印尼5所职业高中的302名学生参加了本次活动。EA和ese的中介作用统计分析(following Hayes (2018))创业个人动机(EPM)、创业个人动机(EA)和创业个人动机(ese)对eii的影响具有统计学意义。EA和ESE是EPM对EI的中介,具有统计学意义。这一发现可以作为对印尼职业高中创业教育项目的初步诊断。创业教学应考虑提高EPM是提高EI的一个重要方面
