Furthermore, a method to remove electric noises in an event counting method and an abnormality judgment method by an event counting method in low speed rotation are proposed. 摘要

低速旋转机械大多是工厂中的大型重要设备,滚动体轴承损坏引起的停机会带来严重的损失。本文针对转速小于100rpm的低速旋转设备中的诊断轴承,提出了一种利用100k ~ 1mhz频段的声发射包络波形进行诊断的方法。在对声发射波形进行放大的基础上,通过包络处理后进一步放大的方法提高信噪比,即使在1 rpm的转速下也能进行异常诊断。在此基础上,提出了一种用事件计数法去除电噪声的方法和一种用事件计数法判断低速旋转异常的方法。将所提出的方法应用于诊断仪器的实现,并实际应用于现场的异常诊断和状态监测,验证了所提方法的有效性。
