The sample ducks were grouped into two groups, each treated with 150 ppm chitosan in drinking water and without chitosan. The research data were analyzed using the unpaired T-Student test. The results showed that the use of irradiated chitosan, overall reduced the morphometrics of the digestive tract (proventriculus, ventriculus, intestine), as well as the liver and heart. 摘要

本试验以60只生长期的肝鸭为研究对象,研究了添加辐照壳聚糖对其前心室、心室、肠道、肝脏和心脏形态计量学的影响。将样品鸭分为两组,每组在饮用水中添加150 ppm的壳聚糖和不添加壳聚糖。研究数据采用非配对T-Student检验进行分析。结果表明,经辐照壳聚糖处理后,大鼠消化道(前心室、前心室、肠道)、肝脏和心脏的形态计量学指标全面降低。这些结果表明壳聚糖作为脂肪生成抑制剂的作用,通过连续给药可以抑制生长。
