In the rotary straw core forming and filling stages, the torque required for baling slowly increased with the increase in the mass of straw bale, and the steel roll had no extrusion force on the straw bale. 摘要

为进一步分析钢辊圆捆机的成捆机理,利用自行设计的钢辊圆捆机试验台,对完整稻秆在成捆过程中的力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:钢辊圆捆机的成捆过程可分为旋转秸秆芯成型、旋转秸秆芯填充和滚动秸秆捆三个阶段。在旋转秸秆芯成型和填充阶段,成捆所需扭矩随着秸秆捆质量的增加而缓慢增大,钢辊对秸秆捆没有挤压力。在秸秆捆成捆阶段,随着秸秆捆质量的增加,捆扎所需扭矩先以较快的速度增加,然后迅速上升,秸秆捆开始受到钢辊挤压,在钢辊上产生正压力,其中正压力先缓慢增加,后迅速上升。
