The paper studies reliability assessment methods for the small samples and proposes a reliability assessment model of single performance parameter based on Bayesian theory to improve the degradation trajectory model. Finally, the model is verified by the diesel engine performance degradation data. 摘要

本文主要针对传统的高可靠性、长寿命、高成本实验设备可靠性评估问题,提出了一种基于设备运行时性能参数退化数据的可靠性评估模型。研究了小样本下的可靠性评估方法,提出了基于贝叶斯理论的单性能参数可靠性评估模型,对退化轨迹模型进行了改进。最后,用柴油机性能退化数据对模型进行了验证。该研究解决了基于性能退化数据的可靠性评估模型问题,为机械设备可靠性评估提供了一种有效的方法。
