摘要

本文描述了在数控铣床进给驱动模块中实现位置和/或速度控制算法的快速成型阶段。本文提出了一种新颖的方法来解决数字伺服驱动器控制模块级纠偏算法实现的可能保证问题,与市场上常见的解决方案相比较。本文提出的前馈方案对机床进给传动的速度控制具有鲁棒性。研究结果为今后三轴滚珠丝杠铣床样机的研制奠定了良好的基础。
