This research approach uses survey research which in this study is a design used to investigate the influence of competency, discipline and work motivation variables on the performance of the Police at the Jeneponto Police Office, so that with this research a theory can be developed that can serve to explain, predict and control a symptom. The population of this study were all police personnel at the Jeneponto Police Office, totaling 361 people. The sample size here is 190 people. The sampling technique was carried out by random sampling (random sampling). Quantitative data analysis techniques were obtained from the results of the questionnaire using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially competence, discipline and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on police performance at the Jeneponto police station. This means that increased competence, discipline and work motivation can improve police performance. Simultaneously, it shows that the variables of competence (X1), discipline (X2), and work motivation (X3) have an effect on police performance (Y) which means that increased competence, discipline and work motivation can improve police performance.
