DoS jamming attacks are one among them that interrupt the normal activities of sensor the nodes in wireless network by sending RF signals to jam the communication channel, either knowingly or unknowingly. This work gives a step-by-step approach using Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (EWMA) algorithm by using the Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) of the received packet as a metric which determines the presence of a jamming attack in a clustered wireless sensor network based on the measured value. Also, some of the parameters such as delay and throughput are analysed using a graph.
