As for the problems in SBM the score is 2.86 and the constraints of applying SBM are 2.30 which means there are still problems in applying SBM even though the obstacles are not too large (maximum standard score is 2.40). 摘要

-本研究的目的是评估教师对三宝朗“Akpelni”海事职业高中实施校本教育管理(SBM)的认知程度。本文提出了两个研究问题,一是关于教师对当前SBM实施的看法,二是关于改进SBM实施可以做些什么。资料收集方法采用文献法和问卷调查法。本研究的调查对象为21名随机抽样的教师。对6个研究变量的研究结果表明,教师对学校成分分数实施SBM的感知为3.78,对实施SBM的要求的感知为3.91,高于最低标准3.50。对于SBM中的问题,得分为2.86,应用SBM的约束条件为2.30,这意味着即使障碍不太大,应用SBM仍然存在问题(最高标准得分为2.40)。对于成功的SBM特征,得分为3.49,对于有效的SBM,得分为3.46,这意味着教师已经看到或感受到SBM的有效性,尽管它不是很显著。
