For the implementation of IP, innovative methods are proposed (confirmed by patents for inventions), which are carried out on the basis of E.P. Ilyin to determine neurodynamic characteristics (NDC), reflecting the degree of severity of the measured properties of the nervous system (strength, mobility, balance).
