摘要

本研究以泗水农业检疫中心为研究对象,探讨奖励与自我效能感对员工绩效的影响。从所进行的测试结果来看,奖励对泗水农业检疫中心员工的绩效有积极而显著的影响。自我效能感对泗水农业检疫中心员工的绩效有显著的正向影响。目标对泗水农业检疫中心员工的绩效有显著的负面影响。奖励对泗水农业检疫中心的目标员工有负向且不显著的影响。自我效能感对泗水农业检疫中心的目标员工有正向显著的影响。奖励对泗水农业检疫中心员工绩效有中介作用。自我效能感不能调节泗水农业检疫中心员工的绩效。
