Such cooperation allowed increasing the number of summer and winter schools, attracting foreign students, which led to an increase in the budget of universities, their positive perception by foreign companies. In the scientific component, universities were able to attract foreign colleagues for joint work, an important factor is the return of some Russian scientists from abroad. As a result, it becomes possible to introduce students that are in high demand on foreign labor markets. The interaction of the student with both Russian teachers and with foreign teachers makes it possible to form a specialist that is ready for communication at different levels.
