Diagnosis of T2DM was determined if the rats have perifer blood glucose >250 mg/dL after 3 days. The results showed that triglyceride levels in  ALA group (p=0,003) lower than T2DM group, T2DM group (p=0,031)  had higher triglyceride level than control and no difference of triglyceride level between  T2DM-ALA given group with control (p=0,696). 摘要

2型糖尿病(T2DM)中甘油三酯积累与胰岛素抵抗相关。α硫辛酸(ALA)通过降低血液和肝脏中的甘油三酯水平而具有降低甘油三酯的作用。本研究旨在分析ALA对2型糖尿病大鼠甘油三酯水平的影响。15只Wistar雄性大鼠(±8-12周,200-250克)分为3组(对照组、T2DM组和T2DM - ala组,给药3周)。采用链脲佐菌素(50 mg/kg.bw)和烟酰胺(110 mg/kg.bw)腹腔注射15 min诱导糖尿病。3天后外周血血糖>250 mg/dL诊断为T2DM。结果显示,ALA组甘油三酯水平低于T2DM组(p= 0.003), T2DM组甘油三酯水平高于对照组(p= 0.031), T2DM-ALA组与对照组甘油三酯水平无差异(p= 0.696)。本研究认为ALA可以影响T2DM患者的甘油三酯水平,从而预防高甘油三酯血症的发生。
