The results showed that personality traits are positively related to group identification while negatively related to turnover intention. Moreover, group identification is negatively related to couriers' turnover intention and plays a mediating role between personality traits and turnover intention. In addition, we found that social support moderate the relationship between personality traits and group identification. 摘要
