Simultaneously, the animals were treated with MMK (300 and 600 mg/kg) orally and continued for three weeks. After completion of treatment, blood samples were collected by retro-orbital puncture and analyzed for WBC, RBC, Hb, and platelet counts, with bleeding and clotting time. 摘要

目的:评价梅若龙Muṣaffī-i-Khūn (MMK)对雄性大鼠环磷酰胺致血小板减少症的治疗作用。材料与方法:用环磷酰胺(25 mg/kg, 3 d, SC)诱导血小板减少。同时给予MMK(300和600 mg/kg)口服,持续治疗3周。治疗结束后,经眶后穿刺采血,分析WBC、RBC、Hb、血小板计数,观察出血和凝血时间。MMK不显著增加血小板、白细胞、红细胞和血红蛋白,显著减少出血(p<0.001;p<0.05)和凝血时间(p< 0.01, p< 0.001)。结果:结果表明MMK可改善血小板计数、凝血和出血时间,并恢复已改变的WBC、RBC和Hb水平。结论:基于上述结果,可以得出MMK水醇提取物可能具有有效正常化血液成分的潜力。
