So how to track moving object steady, real-time and effectual becomes an important question that needs to be paid attention and researched. Based on the inter-frame difference and background subtraction method of comparison, the dissertation chooses a single Gaussian background model method for Moving Object detection of the video stream captured by network cameras, and then using the Meanshift arithmetic for moving object tracking. All of the above algorithms are encapsulated by Applet, so that can be used flexibility in web projects.
