摘要

视频监控系统现已广泛应用于各个领域,运动目标检测与跟踪是视频监控系统的重要组成部分,也是智能视频监控系统的关键技术。因此,如何稳定、实时、有效地跟踪运动目标成为一个需要关注和研究的重要问题。本文在对帧间差分和背景相减方法进行比较的基础上,选择单高斯背景模型方法对网络摄像机捕获的视频流进行运动目标检测,然后利用Meanshift算法对运动目标进行跟踪。以上所有算法都被Applet封装,因此可以在web项目中灵活使用。同时在系统中增加一个报警模块,实现该模块开启时的短信报警功能。
