One of the promising directions for solving this problem is the development of neurotechnologies, and, in particular, brain-computer neural interfaces. The possibilities and prospects of using the brain-computer neural interface and neurotechnologies are considered. It is shown that the development of neurotechnologies and, in particular, the brain-computer neural interface should be accompanied by the study and early warning of the risks associated with their development, as well as the identification and discussion of social, existential and ethical problems in the development of neurotechnologies, and the development of ways to solve them.
