摘要

对PT. Kanaan Sukoharjo的员工工作效率动机进行t检验,得到t count = 14,589> t table = 1,960则有影响。t检验与Kanaan Sukoharjo公司员工工作效率的工作量有关。结果表明:t count = 22025 > t table = 1960,则工作量对PT. Kanaan Sukoharjo员工的工作效率存在影响。在Kanaan Sukoharjo公司,工作环境对员工生产力的t检验。t count = 5624 > t table = 1960则工作环境对PT. Kanaan Sukoharjo员工的工作生产率存在影响。综上所述,动机、工作量、工作环境对PT.
