The characteristic, development status and application of virtual surgery technologies were analyzed in this paper. Modeling and cutting simulation which are two key technologies of virtual surgery were researched deeply in this dissertation. Based on abdominal CT images, the three-dimensional geometric model of the appendix was reconstructed by using ray casting method. The physical model of the appendix was established by using finite element method. The features in collision detection of appendectomy surgery were analyzed by using hierarchical bounding box method. 摘要

阑尾炎是外科常见病和高发病。阑尾切除术是最常见的,相对于普通外科手术,它的操作也比较简单。阑尾炎手术培训中必须认识到,在阑尾炎手术过程中,如果操作不慎,可能会造成严重的医疗后果。分析了虚拟外科技术的特点、发展现状及应用。本文对虚拟手术的两项关键技术建模和切割仿真进行了深入的研究。基于腹部CT图像,采用射线投射法重建阑尾的三维几何模型。采用有限元法建立了阑尾的物理模型。采用分层边界盒法分析了阑尾切除术碰撞检测的特征。采用丢弃法对阑尾的虚拟切割进行了仿真。
