Based on virtual reality technology and Unity3D development tools, this work designs and completes a traditional Chinese clothing display system based on virtual exhibition halls. Focusing on the use of Autodesk MAYA for virtual exhibition hall model production, traditional clothing model design and the use of Photoshop for virtual exhibition hall texture production in detail. The interactive development for the free browsing of the virtual exhibition from the first person is elaborated using Unity 3D. Some of the key points of technique during the whole development process are expounded.
