The population in this study were medical personnel oncluding doctors, nurses, midwives, nutritionists, labolatory analysts, radiographers, and pharmacists. This research was limited to respondents of medical personnel who worked in Health Care Facilities in the West Jakarta Region. The Sampling method uses purposive sampling with a nonrandom sampling technique, as many as 205 respondents. The method of data collection is done by distibuting quesionnaries online. Data processing uses software Lisrel 22 for structural equation model (SEM). The results of the research hypothesis show there are significant effects of conflict, job satisfaction and work stress on the performance of medical personnel. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨工作冲突、工作满意度和工作压力对医务人员绩效的影响。本研究的人群为医务人员,包括医生、护士、助产士、营养师、实验室分析员、放射技师和药剂师。这项研究仅限于在西雅加达地区卫生保健机构工作的医务人员的应答者。抽样方法采用有目的抽样和非随机抽样技术,调查对象多达205人。数据收集的方法是通过在线分发问卷。数据处理采用Lisrel 22软件进行结构方程模型(SEM)。研究假设的结果表明,冲突、工作满意度和工作压力对医务人员绩效有显著影响。在三个变量中,对医务人员绩效影响最大的是工作满意度变量。
