Temperature dependencies of Hall coefficient, electrical resistivity and Seebeck coefficient have been measured in a wide temperature range. A mixed carrier scattering mechanism on acoustic phonons and point defects is proposed to explain the carrier mobility temperature dependence at low temperatures.
