This paper examines 278 third-year students’ alcohol use and how it affects their academic performance, specifically looking at the grade point average (GPA). An online survey was given out to male and female students the third-year students of Stamford international university in RAMA 9 Campus. Survey questions focused on how much a particular student drank on average and tax policy of the government that affects student’s alcohol consumption. Many university students consume a lot of alcohol drinking, especially distilled spirits include gin, vodka, rum, whiskey, and tequila. Whiskey and vodka are known as spirit, vodkas are inherited with inferior goods ( 1).
