The sample of employees is taken from the Regional Government Office of North Minahasa Regency, while the data collection used a questionnaire instrument. The result of the study showed that work motivation has a direct effect on OCB amount of 6.98%, the quality of work life has a direct effect on OCB amount of 5.95% and work motivation has a direct effect on the quality of work life amount of 2.43%. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定:(1)工作动机对组织公民行为是否有影响;(2)工作生活质量影响组织公民行为;(3)工作动机对工作生活质量有影响。本研究采用定量方法,采用问卷调查法和多元线性回归对技术数据进行分析。本研究的对象是北米纳哈萨县的地方政府办公室雇员。雇员样本取自北米纳哈萨县区域政府办公室,而数据收集使用问卷调查工具。研究结果表明,工作动机对组织公民行为数量的直接影响为6.98%,工作生活质量对组织公民行为数量的直接影响为5.95%,工作动机对工作生活质量的直接影响为2.43%。本研究的结果证实了组织公民行为可以通过工作动机和工作生活质量来改善。
