This study aims to determine the influence of employee work discipline on employee performance at PT Bridgestone Pondok Bandar Jambu, Simalungun Regency.This research is a quantitativestudy using all employees as the sample. Data collection techniques is done by distributing questionnaires, observation,and documentation.The results of the data were obtained by using SPSS, the data were tested by validity test, reliability test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, normality test, and simple linear analysis. 摘要
工作纪律能促进公司进步。本研究旨在确定普利司通Pondok Bandar Jambu, Simalungun Regency公司员工工作纪律对员工绩效的影响。本研究是一个以所有员工为样本的定量研究。数据收集技术是通过分发问卷、观察和记录来完成的。采用SPSS软件对数据结果进行分析，采用效度检验、信度检验、Kolmogorov-Smirnov检验、正态性检验和简单线性分析对数据进行检验。从研究结果来看，工作纪律对员工绩效有显著的正向影响，其中纪律变量的影响幅度为51.6%，其余48.4%受到工作环境变量、领导风格等本研究未研究的其他变量的影响。关键词:Disiplin kerja, kinerja karyawan
