摘要

本文比较了FDI和AI两种方法产生的两种隔离方法。这些方法对键合图(BG)建模的不确定参数系统很感兴趣。残差由诊断键图(DBG)生成。检测基于模糊逻辑方法,其不同参数离线确定。利用BG模型的因果特性,提出了两种隔离方法:故障签名矩阵(FSM)和因果图的因果路径覆盖。通过仿真实例验证了所提方法的有效性。
