The main objective of the study was to identify teachers’ perception about educational accountability in their job. This study was based on the job demands-resources models and results from previous studies. Researcher employed a cross-sectional survey research. The sample of this study were 375 elementary school teachers for quantitative data collection drawn from total population of district Lahore and Kasur through Taro Yamane’s formula. Furthermore, 18 participants for qualitative data collection. Proportionate stratified random sampling was used to select sample of 375 respondents from two districts Lahore and Kasur for quantitative data collection. Quantitative data was statistically analyzed through SPSS version 15 by using descriptive statistics (Mean, ranges, and standard deviation). 摘要
本研究旨在探讨教师在工作中对教育问责的认知。本研究的主要目的是确定教师对其工作中的教育问责的看法。本研究以工作需求-资源模型及前人研究成果为基础。研究者采用了横断面调查研究。本研究样本为375名小学教师,采用Yamane太郎公式从拉合尔和卡苏尔地区总人口中抽取定量数据。此外,18名参与者进行定性数据收集。采用比例分层随机抽样法,从拉合尔和卡苏尔两个县抽取375名受访者样本进行定量数据收集。定量数据通过SPSS version 15进行统计分析,采用描述性统计(Mean, range, standard deviation)。定量调查结果显示,教师对教育问责有积极的看法。
