The significance of exploring the technology of web customization is basically due to the demands of higher interaction in obtaining and gaining information via Internet as well as enhancing Malaysia government websites/portals to move towards Web 2.0 technology. This research is considered a first step and effort to boost the awareness level of web customization for Malaysia government websites/portals. Furthermore, this is the first time ever conducted research on web customization for Malaysia e-Government, which is perhaps another contribution to improve the quality of e-Government in Malaysia.
