This article makes a study of the speed sliding mode controller (SMC) and speed sliding adaptive Neural Fuzzy inference system controller (SANFIS) with the existence of switch fault of five levels inverter to see the influence of these defects on the physical parameters of the machine. The results simulations are done by the use of Matlab/Simulink.
