There are many important factors in the extrusion process. One of them is mold design. It is important in terms of surface roughness and homogeneous deformation. In extrusion, there are 2 types of extrusion molds as level surface mold and conical inlet mold. The reduction of the angle of the mold in the mold with conical inlet increases the homogeneity of the deformation. For this purpose, in the paper, the deformation effect of the tapered die with different angles in the same type of sample was investigated. Using the Simufact program the sample material in the hydraulic pres was selected by selecting the lead material.
