This research is a survey research with an associative design. The population in this study were all consumers of Kedai Kaizar Lahat. The sample of this research is most consumers of Kedai Kaizar Lahat in Kab. Lahat, amounting to 60 people. Data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. 摘要

本研究旨在确定:(1)产品质量对科代凯飒顾客满意度的影响;(2)服务质量对科代凯飒顾客满意度的影响;(3)产品质量和服务质量对科代凯飒顾客满意度的影响。本研究是一项带有联想设计的调查研究。本研究人群均为科代凯泽拉哈特的消费者。本研究的样本为卡布克代凯泽拉哈特的大部分消费者。拉哈特,共计60人。使用已经过有效性和可靠性测试的问卷收集数据。本研究使用的数据分析技术为多元回归分析。显著性水平为5%的研究结果发现(1)产品质量对顾客满意度有正向影响,(2)服务质量对顾客满意度有正向影响,(3)产品质量和服务质量对顾客满意度有正向显著影响。
