摘要

x射线检查系统在海关应用中用于检测非法毒品、农产品和其他违禁品,在安全应用中用于检测武器和爆炸物。本文介绍了如何设计和实现适合韩国国情的中能量450kVp x射线移动集装箱检测系统。其中,针对集装箱快速非侵入式检测系统中x射线探测器的设计研究较少,对x射线探测器的设计进行了较为详细的论述。本文研制的移动集装箱检测系统空间分辨率为2.0mm,对比度分辨率为4%。本文提出的设计方法可应用于高能x射线检测系统。
