Thepurpose of this study was to determine the role of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in thethematic learning process and find out what are the factors that support the role ofMadrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in the thematic learning process.Qualitative descriptive research (naturalistic approach) from January to June2018 in Private Islamic Madrasah in Pekanbaru City. Data collection technique;nonparticipant observation, interviews, and documentation. 摘要

教师是负责规划和实施学习过程、评估学习结果、指导和培训、开展研究和社区服务的专业人员。造成公众对教师职业认可度不高的原因有很多,即教师的专业能力水平不高,教师对教材和教学方法的掌握程度仍低于标准。本研究的目的是确定伊斯兰学校教师在主题学习过程中的作用,并找出支持伊斯兰学校教师在主题学习过程中的作用的因素。2018年1月至6月在北干巴鲁市私立伊斯兰学校进行定性描述性研究(自然主义方法)。数据收集技术;非参与性观察、访谈和记录。数据分析是还原、显示和结论绘制/验证以及来源和技术三角测量。结果表明,教师在履行其职责时的工作描述,因为他们应该能够提高教师在主题学习中的作用,包括专业、社会、个性和教学能力。
