In order to assess the implementation of knowledge sharing activities in supply chain, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of knowledge sharing is researched. By analyzing the main influence factors of the knowledge sharing activities in supply chain, an evaluative index system is designed. Based on fuzzy mathematical theory, a method of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of knowledge sharing in supply chain is presented. A case is analyzed by using the evaluation model.
