Metode penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan sampel 73  orang. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik kuisioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi linier ganda, analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis korelasi ganda. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan : (1) Status Sosial Ekonomi dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Belajar siswa kelas XI Program Study Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Bitung sebesar 95,12% dengan jumlah thitung > ttabel = 37,181 > 1,99394 (2) Bimbingan Belajar Orang Tua berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Belajar siswa kelas XI Program Study Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Bitung sebesar 92,04% dengan jumlah thitung > ttabel = 28,654 > 1,99394 (3) Status Sosial Ekonomi dan Bimbingan Belajar Orang Tua berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Belajar siswa kelas XI Program Study Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Bitung sebesar 96,43% dengan jumlah fhitung 126,617 > ftabel =  > 3,127. \nKata Kunci : Status Sosial Ekonomi, Bimbingan Belajar Orang Tua , Motivasi Belajar Siswa. \n  \nABSTRACT  \nThis study aims to determine the effect of socio-economic status and parental tutoring on student motivation in class XI of the Office Administration Study Program at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung.
