摘要

本研究的主要问题是文化如何促进社会科学学生的成就动机,以及在UPT SDF五班社会科学学生的成就动机如何形成。本研究旨在探讨社会学习中学习对学生成就动机的激励形式,以及UPT SDF Negeri Kakatua五年级学生的成就动机形式。这种类型的研究是定性研究,并使用定性描述方法。本研究的研究对象是UPT SDF Negeri Kakatua班的2名班主任和5名学生。使用数据收集技术:观察、访谈和记录。而本研究数据的有效性采用源三角法。研究结果表明:(1)学生的学习文化得到了课堂授课教师的贯彻;(2)学生的学习成就动机对学生学习成就的实现至关重要。教师的作用是通过提供成就动机来提高学生的学习成就。根据以上研究结果,可以得出:(1)学生学习文化是一种需要教师实施、学生实施来支持学生在校内外行为的东西;(2)需要给予学生成就动机来支持学生的成就和学习成果。
