In accordance with the existing problems, the formulation of this research is how the role of teachers in efforts to develop the character of third grade elementary school students, obstacles, and solutions to overcome them. This type of research was descriptive qualitative. The subject were five elementary school teachers. The time of the research was before the Covid-19 pandemic (SDN Ploso I, 2018) and during the Covid-19 pandemic (SDN 1 Jetiskidul, 2021). Data were collected through interview and documentation techniques. Furthermore, triangulation and data analysis were carried out with the stages of data reduction, then data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. The first result is that the character of elementary school students is developed through the role of the teacher as a caregiver, role model, and mentor. Second, teachers experience obstacles from student factors, parents, the environment, and the influence of social media. 摘要
品格教育发展的实施离不开教师的作用。针对存在的问题,本研究提出了教师的角色是如何努力培养小学三年级学生的性格、障碍以及克服的方法。这种类型的研究是描述性质的。实验对象是五位小学教师。研究时间为2019冠状病毒大流行之前(SDN Ploso I, 2018年)和2019冠状病毒大流行期间(SDN 1 Jetiskidul, 2021年)。通过访谈和文献技术收集数据。在此基础上,通过数据约简、数据呈现、数据验证、得出结论等阶段进行三角剖分和数据分析。第一个结果是,小学生的性格是通过教师作为照顾者、榜样和导师的角色来发展的。二是学生因素、家长因素、环境因素、社交媒体影响因素对教师的阻碍。针对这些障碍,在学习活动中加强与家长的互动交流,增加习惯化,教师示范,指导和调节。
