The algorithm for adjusting damping level for a short time after encountering such obstacles in order to achieve quicker dissipation of energy in a suspension system was presented as well as a potential way of improving comfort due to this control. Analysis of suspension forces power showed that there is a possibility to recognize individual bumps for certain cases, which will be discussed further.
