And confirmed that the effects of perceived risks on online citizen participation differ depending on the level of ICT skills. The Influence of Perceived Risk on Online Citizen Participation
This research conducted an study on the perceived risks as online citizen participation. Second, analyzed the impact of perceived risk on online citizen participation. Finally, analyzed the moderating effect of individual ICT skills.
