It is often assumed that by providing resources and technological areas they already have the digital skills (DS) required for their proper use. In this paper different kinds of DS will be analized based on international organizations applied by various countries. The methodologies and instruments for their identification will also be evaluated. To identify the level of DS of students of Bachelor in Administration of Centro Universitario de la Costa Sur (CUCSUR), it was applied the given instrument by the Instituto de Prospectiva Tecnológica (IPTS) from European Union. The results allowed to identify a deficiency worthy of beginner lever. Programming was the least successful asset.
