摘要

本文以人口发展战略为背景,运用扎根理论,以两位退休教授回到高校后的求职面试为研究对象,构建了大学退休教授二次发展模型。研究表明,家庭责任、退休教授的“过时理论”、公立和私立学校、教师、再招聘平台的建立、有效信息的获取是影响退休教授人力资源开发的关键驱动因素。鉴于此,本文从构建教授再就业平台、打造信息沟通渠道、深化高校老年教育三个方面提出对策,希望能为高校退休教授的二次发展提供理论指导和管理启示。
