Design of Electronic Settlement System of Agricultural Products Wholesale Market

This paper designed an electronic settlement system of agricultural products wholesale market built on onecard electronic payment system. A one-card subsystem was designed and its transaction between buyers and sellers in market was also given. Market electronic settlement subsystem included four parts, bank-market docking system, deposit system, reconciliation transaction and weighting settlement system. A network structures among these subsystems were designed and their detailed transaction processes were introduced. The standardized management of agricultural product wholesale markets, the credibility of the wholesale market and the modernization of agricultural product circulation are solved by the design of an electronic settlement system of agricultural products wholesale market in this paper.
