摘要

国内的运营商已经开始用接入网(access gateway)代替旧的PSTN,开始实施BcN。同时,随着ADSL用户、城域以太网用户和各种VoIP用户的增加,现有的IP网络也在不断扩大。在MPLS功能的基础上,为BcN和复合业务安装和扩展了新的优质IP骨干网,使一个运营商拥有两个IP网络。运营商需要对新的优质IP网络和旧的最佳努力网络之间的互操作有具体的实施计划,并应考虑许多重要问题。这里提出了流量路由方法,用于根据应用业务在BcN和最佳努力用户的付费IP网络和最佳努力网络之间进行路由选择
