There are many factors that can potentially influence vocabulary learning, which makes research on this topic as it relates to English as a foreign language (EFL) vocabulary learning diverse and abundant. This study aims to investigate the effect of a group of Umm Al-Qura University preparatory year (first year) learners’ attitude and evaluation of some strategies on their L2 vocabulary learning.
