Investigation of service delivery based on official data of the Ministry of Internally Displaced Parsons from the Occupied Territories, Lab or, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia. Cross-sectional study conducted in medical facilities in Tbilisi distinguishing with high rate of referrals. The study population consisted of the groups of physicians involved in the process.
