With the continuous improvement of random vibration test device, narrowband vibration is easy to achieve, which leads to demands of precisely described random vibration test. Based on statistics theory, the paper elaborates a quantitative method to make a vibration specification spectrum. 摘要

随机振动试验在力学工程领域比较常见,通常使用的典型频谱比较笼统,不能真实反映产品所经历的振动环境,而基于实测信号描述实际振动的方法,如包络法,大多是定性的,没有统计指标来描述其准确性。随着随机振动试验装置的不断改进,窄带振动很容易实现,这就产生了对精确描述随机振动试验的需求。本文从统计理论出发,阐述了一种制作振动规格谱的定量方法。通过对多通道、多频带、多子样本数据的测试、合并、建模和归纳,实现了对随机振动环境在一定置信度下的定量描述。
